Overview
If you run an SME anywhere in the GCC, here’s what Beehive spent Q2 doing for businesses like yours. We are regulated in KSA now, backed more SMEs than ever, and kept building the kind of company SME community actually want to work with. Here’s what that looked like, in numbers and milestones.
More SMEs funded
We continued to expand our support for SMEs across the region:
0+ SMEs
funded to date
in total funding facilitated
Behind every one of those numbers is a real business: one that hired someone, opened a new branch, or shipped a bigger order, because the funding came through when it needed to.
*These numbers are cumulative for the Beehive group since inception.
Expanding our regional presence

Strengthening our position in Saudi Arabia
This quarter, we completed a majority acquisition of Themar, Saudi Arabia’s SAMA-regulated debt crowdfunding platform. That makes Beehive the first digital SME financing platform regulated across the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. It’s a real step toward Vision 2030’s SME goals, and toward funding businesses in the Kingdom faster.
